So how do your control your subconscious??? Habits! i”ll say it again good habits are the key to accomplishing any goal you set for yourself. It is estimated that 95% of the choice we make throughout the day is run by our subconscious mind.

Our subconscious mind is built by our daily habits over time and usually takes around 30 days to train the subconscious mind to learn a new habit. Think about when you first learned to drive a car and how cautious you were in every time decision you made and how after a few weeks of driving how natural it seemed to drive, it is because your sub-conscience mind is making the decisions instead of your conscious mind

If you want to learn more about developing good habits I recommend the book  Atomic Habits by James Clear. The book covers a lot of topics like making time for new habits, Overcoming a lack of motivation through habits, and creating a healthy environment to learn new habits are just a few the topics he covers.

By incorporating just a few of these good health habits you will be on your way to living a healthy life. remember it’s not an all-or-nothing approach to getting healthy. Small changes at a time eventually lead to large changes over time. You Got This !!!
